We offer a range of services designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started with your Airbnb, need a refresh clean before moving in to your new home or you have an elderly parent in need of some help in their home. Everything is tailored to help you in the areas you need.
How do I get started?

You can reach us anytime via our contact page, phone or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day. We will then contact you to schedule a free no obligation quote, once we have agreed on a booking date we are ready to go!
What is your hourly rate?

We don’t generally offer an hourly rate, because our cleans are taliored to your needs, we base our charges on the job itself. What this means for you is that reguardless of how long we take, or how many cleaners we send the price does not change for you. No Hidden Charges!
Do you have experience in Airbnb care?

Yes! we have been managing cleaning, provisions, and linen for over 6 years, at our busiest time we have effectively managed over 30 Hawke’s Bay Airbnb’s during the summer.
Do I need to supply products and equipment?

No! We supply all cleaning products and equipment. At Maid in Hawke’s Bay we pride our selves on making things easier for you, we only need a way inside and we take care of the rest.

Do you use Eco - Friendly Products?

Our main products are an Australian product which are GECA certified. GECA stands for Good Environmental Choice Australia.
